What is Buckeye Candy?

  • 1 tbsp vegetable shortening
  • 2 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
